Doula Services
Sara provides:
- 3 prenatal visits, which may include prenatal appointment accompaniment, birth facility tour or belly casting session, if desired.
- Birth plan consultation
- Continuous emotional & physical support to the mother & her birth partner
during labor, including:
- Massage
- Acupressure
- Relaxation exercises
- Breathing techniques
- Visualizations
- Assistance with labor positions
- Birth story: documentation of labor & birth
- Pictures &/or videotaping, if desired
- 2 postpartum home visits
- Prenatal & postpartum referrals, as appropriate
